How to book?

You can select the experience of your choice very simply and quickly, using the available search module. Once you have chosen the date, you decide how many places you want, depending on availability and limited to 30 places per booking. You can always correct any errors made entering the data prior to confirming the order. To continue to the final validation of your order, you need to login. If this is your first order on our website, you will be asked to register in accordance with Article 7.

The final validation of your order requires full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. To validate your order, you must click on the button

"CONFIRM ORDER & PAY BY CARD". You'll be redirected to an online payment site run by our partner CIC. Once the payment is accepted, your reservation is confirmed and you can view your bill. A confirmation email will be sent to you at the same time to confirm the booking. This e-mail will include all the key points of the selected experience, the price, information regarding your right of withdrawal and a link back to the Conditions of Sale in force on the date on which you placed your order. A copy of this document will automatically be archived in PDF format and made available to you in your account.


Prices are in Euros, all taxes included. MyUrban Experience reserves the right to change the price of the services offered at any time but undertakes to apply the rates in effect at the point at which the order is placed.

Any promotional offers are only valid for the stated period of the relevant offer. Current promotions can not be combined. They can not be exchanged against their monetary value or be reimbursed in part or in full. After the specified time, the reduction will be permanently cancelled. All orders are payable in Euros.

You acknowledge that you agree to pay the full price and the expenses related to the subscribed service. You agree that you are solely responsible for the actual payment of the subscribed service.


The safety of your purchase is one of our main concerns.

The purchase of tickets is made online using credit card payment.

The safety of the tool and the online payment system is fully ensured by our trusted third party "CIC" (SSL encryption).

MyUrban Experience does not store your credit card number on its servers at any point. The following cards are accepted: Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard


During your first order, you will be asked to sign up by simply entering your postal address and your email address (login for future bookings). After registering, you will receive a newsletter at most twice per week, letting you know about great deals, which are not to be missed. Of course, there is the option to unsubscribe partially or totally from the newsletter.


The manner in which MyUrban Experience collects and treats personal data transmitted to it on www. is subject to Declaration No XXXXX of the CNIL. In accordance with Articles 39 and 40 of the "IT and Freedoms" law of 6 January 1978, amended by Law 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, you have the right of access to and rectification, modification and deletion of any data concerning you. To exercise this right, please contact indicating your full name and email address.

Any order is deemed to be confirmed subject to availability. Once validated by secure payment, your order is considered firm and final.

In the event of cancellation the reimbursement terms are as follows:

  • More than 48 hours before the experience: 100%
  • 48 hours or less prior experience: no refund

For each group, specific conditions will be defined in the contract between the customer and Myurbanexperience.

Weather conditions, strikes, demonstrations or traffic disruptions are not exceptional events warranting cancellation.

It is imperative to respect the meeting times indicated in the confirmation email or on the voucher.

If the customer arrives late, they may not be able to participate in the experience, this will not be held to be grounds for its postponement or for reimbursement of payment. If latecomers can be accommodated, the planned length of the experience will be reduced accordingly, without this giving rise to a partial or total refund.

Similarly, any experience which is interrupted or abbreviated or not used by the customer by their actions and for any reason whatsoever, shall not give rise to any refund.

The number of visitors permitted on each experience is defined on a case-by-case basis, with a minimum and a maximum number of customers. This information is available on the site www.myurban In the event that an experience is cancelled due to not reaching the minimum number of participants, will result in the customer receiving a full refund but shall not give rise to the payment of additional compensation.

Similarly MyUrbanExperience reserves the right to cancel or modify an experience. The customer will be at liberty to accept or decline any change. If the customer refuses, they will be refunded without this giving rise to additional compensation.

For reasons of safety and liability, Myurbanexperience guides reserve the right to refuse to accept responsibility people whose condition would not be compatible with the level of support available on the course of the visit. No refund or compensation can be claimed in this regard.


In accordance with applicable legal provisions, for distance contracts, the customer who purchases goods or services, has a period of 14 days to change their mind about the purchase, without having to justify this or to pay penalties (excluding any return costs). The customer must send an unambiguous statement, expressing their desire to withdraw.

However, it is expressly stated that under Article L121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the buyer can not exercise their right of withdrawal for lodging services, transport, catering, entertainment (shows) to be provided on a specific date or at specified intervals. There will therefore be no refund for said services, which will be clearly identified as such before the conclusion of the sale, in the description of the offer.


"The MyUrbanExperience company holds all the copyrights on the content of its site and its brands, logos, domain names and any related distinctive signs are considered intellectual works to which the company MyUrbanExperience holds all intellectual and commercial property rights. In accordance with the Code of Intellectual Property and international treaties and agreements, any reproduction, disclosure, distribution, representation, translation, diffusion, modification, transcription, whether partial or total, whatever the relevant medium and whatever the process used is prohibited for anything other than personal use, without the prior express permission of the company MyUrbanExperience. Any violation of this section constitutes an infringement of copyright and may result in the authors raising proceedings for civil and/or criminal liability. Law No. 98-536 of 1 July 1998 on databases also provides no exception for private copying ".


The assets generated during the processing of a gift card or in case of cancellation are not refundable.

Similarly no refunds will be given for unused gift cards or prepaid packages.


Any claim for compensation must be submitted to MyUrbanExperience within 72 hours after the end of the experience by registered delivery. In case of disagreement the only competent jurisdiction is that of the Paris Commercial Court.
