Departure: Your guide will be waiting for you at the meeting point with a sign My Urban Experience.
Duration: Our tours are about 90 minutes long.
Cancellation: For individual tours, you can cancel up to 48h before the departure without any fee. The refund is done by recrediting your credit card.
For private tours, the cancellation can be done up to 5 days before the departure.
For groups, conditions are defined at the time of request.
Confirmation: Once your booking is done, you will receive your receipt and voucher, it is not necessary to confirm again.
Voucher: You will receive your voucher by email; it is not necessary to print it.
Guides: Our guides are local guides employed by the company. They have degrees in history, they are experts in communication and passionate about Paris.
Language: Tours can be done in English or French.
Public: All our tours are accessible to all ages, the distances are about 2 km in order to have enough time to discover the streets and monuments on the lane.
Customer service: You have access to a customer service opened 7 days a week from 10am to 6pm for all questions. (It is accessible even during the tours)
Accessibility: All our tours are done in the street with any accessibility issue. However, some of them include stairs. Do not hesitate to call us for further information.
Booking: The booking can be done in only few clicks and the payment is secured thanks to our partner CIC.
Prices: Individual tours cost 15€ or 19€ with a 50% discount for children under 12 years old.
Private tours have a unique price of 149€.
